Terms

HPS MEDIA GROUP / HANNEY PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, INC.
By submitting payment on an invoice via credit card, client agrees to the following legally binding terms:

1. Authorization to Charge
Client authorizes HPS Media Group / Hanney Property Solutions, Inc. (“HPS”) to charge the credit card provided for the full invoice amount, including taxes, approved additional services, late fees, and processing fees. This authorization remains valid until the invoice balance is paid in full.

2. Credit Card Processing Fee (3.5%)
All credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% processing fee. This fee reflects merchant transaction costs and is earned upon payment processing.

3. No Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HPS in writing and allowing reasonable time for resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication and good-faith resolution efforts constitutes breach of agreement. Client agrees to reimburse HPS for:

• All chargeback fees
• Merchant processing penalties
• Administrative time
• Collection costs
• Reasonable attorney/legal fees if required

Any disputed amount that is reversed by a credit card company remains immediately due and payable.

4. Approval of Services & Deliverables
Payment confirms client approval of the services, scope, and deliverables described in this invoice or any associated written proposal.
All services are considered accepted once performed and/or delivered.

5. Refund Policy
All services provided by HPS are professional and custom in nature.
All payments are non-refundable once services have been scheduled, performed, or delivered, including but not limited to media creation, documentation, scanning, modeling, consulting, or production work.

6. Additional Services & Change Orders
Client authorizes HPS to charge the provided payment method for any additional services requested and approved after project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Late Payments
Balances not paid within stated terms may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Client agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including legal fees, if payment becomes delinquent.

8. Limitation of Liability
HPS provides professional media, documentation, and related services for informational, marketing, and planning purposes.
HPS shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from use of deliverables.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the services on this invoice.

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes shall be resolved in Rhode Island.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of credit card payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
